Robert Warwick is an Associate Attorney at The Law Offices of James L. Arrasmith, where he maintains a broad civil litigation practice representing clients across a wide range of matters, including probate and estate disputes, insurance bad faith, elder abuse and conservatorship proceedings, unlawful detainer actions, regulatory investigations, municipal code enforcement, special education due process, family law, and general civil litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Warwick worked in transactional law, handling contracts and commercial agreements for Pacific Gas & Electric Company. That experience in contract drafting and negotiation informs his detail-oriented, results-driven approach to litigation today, where he brings the same precision to case strategy, discovery, and courtroom advocacy on behalf of his clients.
Mr. Warwick earned his Juris Doctor from Golden Gate University School of Law and his Bachelor of Science from the University of Houston. He is licensed to practice law in the State of California (SBN 363124).
Outside the office, Mr. Warwick is an active member of his community, coaching his children’s Little League baseball and volleyball teams.
