Mr. Benavides began his academic journey at the University of Texas at Austin, earning dual degrees in Government and Mexican-American Studies, with a strong focus on business and investments. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2009, followed by a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Government Regulatory Law and Health Law from American University in Washington, D.C. During his time in the capital, he gained legislative experience while interning for Congressman Jared Polis.
He launched his legal career at Sagaria Law in San Jose, California, where he sharpened his litigation skills and built a solid foundation in bankruptcy and asset protection.
